Program Outreach
The Compass School provides opportunities to explore the innovative educational practices that make our school a leader in project-based learning, agricultural education, and evidence-based literacy. Through curated experiences, visiting educators gain insights into our multi-age classrooms, sustainable agriculture initiatives, and integrated curriculum design.
Visit options include:
Discovery Tours: Half-day visits featuring an overview of our approach, student-led tours of our farm and outdoor spaces, and Q&A sessions with teachers.
Full-Day Experiences: Classroom observations, roundtable discussions with our leadership team, and in-depth explorations of our curriculum and sustainability programs.
Director’s Forum: Personalized agendas for school leaders, including one-on-one consultations, tailored classroom observations, and specialty performances or demonstrations.
Compass Custom Immersion: Two-day immersive experiences designed to provide deep insights into our project-based and agricultural education practices, with hands-on learning and professional development opportunities.
These visits allow educators to see firsthand how The Compass School fosters academic, social, and environmental growth in students while supporting their own schools' goals.
Funds raised through suggested donations for these experiences support the expansion of our educational outreach, the enhancement of our programs, and professional development opportunities for educators.
