The Compass School Council plays a vital role in shaping the direction of our school through a collaborative, community-driven approach. As the school's governing body, the Council is responsible for key decision-making and policy development, ensuring that Compass stays true to its mission and values. Comprised of up to nine dedicated volunteers—three staff members, three parents, and three community members—the Council represents a diverse range of perspectives that help guide our school's growth and success.
